Outside Of The Box Family

We arrived at ATL 3 hours behind schedule because of a broken nose (see last week's post 😂😂😂😂) Don't get me started on the craziness I saw at ATL airport.  Ask if you really want to know..... It took us about 2 hours to get from International to our rental and off we went to our accommodations.  The next morning I went for our continental breakfast with the tv blaring commercials for high blood pressure, lawyers and E.D. ALL this before I sat down to eat my breakfast.  So so so different from Canary Islands where the commercials were all about activities like hiking, sailing and experiencing the culture. Not to worry, as you already know, this family can't sit still and we already had a couple of plans to keep us on our toes! Let's begin with cleaning our teeth!  We tried x-rays but that didn't work, but Enzo loved the heavy cape!   It's been weeks since I have updated anyone on what we are doing.  It's been crazy.  You see, we got used to the slower pace of life and as our time was ending in Tenerife, we wanted to make sure we were out and about as much as possible, yet preparing ourselves to leave (somehow being in a place for almost 3 months gets you out of the routine of packing ha ha ha).  I was not ready for the hectic pace of the mainland nor the USA. We made sure to take a lot of walks.  We knew once we left we would probably never walk as much, as far or AS MANY HILLS as we did in Tenerife.   What was cool was that our final days involved "Subida a Tamaimo 2023".  Search it on YouTube NOW!  It was a neat experience for the weekend to see the cars, registration and of course hear the motors throughout the day.    This was the fire crash crew which we just had to get a picture with Eli!
